1st Offense – License Suspended for 90 Days. The first time a minor is determined to have committed any of the Missouri “Abuse and Lose” offenses listed 1-5 above, the minor’s driver license is suspended for 90 days.
2nd Offense – License Revoked for 1 Year. The 2nd time a minor is determined to have committed any of the Missouri “Abuse and Lose” offenses listed 1-5 above, the minor’s driver license is revoked for 1 year.
