Angie Everhart to be arraigned for DUI in June

Angie Everhart will have to wait a little longer to find out her fate.

Actress/model Angie Everhart was supposed to be arraigned Thursday on DUI charges but the arraignment was postponed until June 18, according to the City Attorney’s Office.

Everhart — who was briefly married to actor Ashley Hamilton and once enaged to Sly Stallone — is charged with a misdemeanor DUI count
stemming from a traffic stop last month in Los Angeles.

The misdemeanor count also alleges that Everhart, who now is romantically linked to Joe Pesci, failed to complete a chemical test, according to Frank Mateljan of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

Everhart, 38, was pulled over early on the morning of April 24 by the Los
Angeles Police Department’s Central Traffic Division, arrested, and released that afternoon.

Angie Everhart arrested for DUI

Angie Everhart’s latest tangle is not so hot.

The former model and Another 9½ Weeks star was charged Thursday with one count of driving under the influence stemming from her April 24 arrest following a 2 a.m. traffic stop.

The complaint against Everhart also alleges she failed to complete a chemical test at the scene, L.A. City Attorney’s Office spokesman Frank Mateljan told E! News. The erstwhile Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition fixture was taken into custody and released later the same day on $15,000 bail.

Arraignment is scheduled for May 15. Everhart is facing a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
